Anthony Wayne:
Whitehouse Park - 6779 Gilead, Whitehouse: Take SR 24 Southwest to Waterville. Turn Right (West) on
Dutch Rd (McDonalds is on the left corner) approx. 2miles to the dead-end at Finzel Rd. Turn Left (South) on
Finzel Rd. to SR 64 (Waterville-Swanton Rd.). Turn Right (West) on SR 64 towards Whitehouse. The park is
on the right side, behind the small quarry, as you enter town.

Anthony Wayne High School - 5967 Finzel Rd., Whitehouse: Take SR 24 Southwest to Waterville. Turn
Right (West) on Dutch Rd (McDonalds is on the left corner) approx. 2miles to the dead-end at Finzel Rd. Turn
Right (Norht) on Finzel Rd. to the high school on the right hand side.

Keener Fields (AW Attack) - 4625 Keener Rd., Monclova: Take SR 24 Southwest to Monclova Rd. Turn
Right and follow approx 4 miles to Keener Rd. Turn Left and make a quick Right into parking lot for fields.

Bowling Green:
Carter Park - 401 Campbell Hill Rd., Bowling Green: Take I-75 South to Bowling Green (Exit #181). Turn
Right (West) on Wooster St. to Campbell Hill Rd. (First stop light. Burger King and Barney’s on the corner).
Turn Left (South) and follow Campbell Hill for approx 1 mile to the green water tower. Turn Left (East) at the
water tower into the park. Softball fields are on the North end of the park.

Bowling Green High School - 530 E. Poe Rd., Bowling Green: Take SR 25 South thru Perrysburg to
Bowling Green and Newton Rd. (first stop light). Turn right and follow to Fairview Ave. (first street). Turn left
and follow 3 blocks to the field on the right (just before Poe Rd.)

Perry Field House - 801 N. Mercer Rd., Bowling Green

Evergreen:
Evergreen High School - 14544 Co. Rd. 6, Metamora: Take US Route 23/I-475 North to US Route 20
(Central Ave.). Turn Left (West) and follow US Route 20 for 15 miles to Co. Rd. 6. Turn Right (North) on Co.
Rd. 6 and follow 1/2 mile to Evergreen High School on the Right side.

Lyons Fields - Lyons:

Metamora Fields - Garnsey Ave, Metamora: Take US Route 23/I-475 North to US Route 20 (Central Ave.).
Turn Left (West) and follow US Route 20 about 10 miles to Fulton/Lucas Co Rd (Co Rd 1). Turn Right (North)
and follow Fulton/Lucas Co Rd approx 3 miles to Sylvania-Metamora Rd (Co Rd 4). Turn Left (West) and follow
approx 1 mile into Metamora. Turn right on Garnsey Ave and follow approx 2 blocks to Metamora Community
Park drive on the Left.

Fremont:
Fremont Ross High School - 1100 North St., Fremont: Take US Route 20 East to Fremont to Rawson Ave.
Exit. Turn Right (South) and follow Rawson to North St (Fairgrounds will be at this intersection). Turn Right
(West) and follow North St. to Fangboner (just past the YMCA and before the high school). Turn Right (North)
and follow Fangboner to the fields on the left behind the high school.

Hornets:
CYO Fields - 555 S. Holland-Sylvania Rd., Toledo: Fields are located on the East side of Holland/Sylvania
Rd., just North of Angola Rd.

Lady Rams:
Winterfield Park - 4511 Hill Ave., Toledo:

Oregon:
William P. Coontz Complex - 5398 Seaman St., Oregon: Take Anthony Wayne Trail towards downtown.
Turn Right on Western Ave. Follow Western to Broadway. Turn Left and follow to the High Level Bridge. Turn
Right and cross the High Level Bridge (High Level Bridge turns into Woodville Rd.). Follow Woodville Rd to SR
2 (Navarre Ave). Turn Left and follow SR 2 for approx. 5 miles to Wynn Rd. Turn Left and follow approx. 1 mile
to Seaman St. Turn Right, the park is approx. ½ mile on the right.

Ottawa Hills:
2532 Evergreen Rd., Toledo:

Otsego:
Otsego High School - 18505 Tontogany Creek Rd., Tontogany: Take US Route 24 West to Waterville and
SR 64. Turn Left (East - First light in town) and follow SR 64 across the Maumee River to a stop sign. Turn
Right (South) and follow SR 64. Stay to the Left and follow SR 64 through Haskins. Continue on SR 64 1 1/2
miles from Haskins to Cross Creek Rd. Turn right (West) and follow Cross Creek Rd 2 miles to Tontogany Rd.
Turn Left (South) and follow Tontogany Rd. 1/2 mile to Opperman Rd. Turn Right (West) and follow Opperman
Rd. just less than 1/2 mile to Tontogany Creek Rd. Turn Left (South) and follow Tontogany Creek Rd. about
1/2 mile to the Otsego High School on the Right. The field is North of the High School. Turn Right onto the dirt
road North of the High School to get to the softball field.

Perrysburg:
Muni Park - 945 Elm St., Perrysburg: Take SR 25 into Perrysburg (cross Maumee/Perrysburg bridge).
Follow SR 20/65 (Front St.) to Louisiana Ave. Turn Right and follow Louisiana the stop light at 7th St. Turn left
and follow 7th one block to Elm St. Turn right and follow Elm to the park on the left side.

Rivercrest Park - 13761 Eckel Junction Rd., Perrysburg: Take SR 25 into Perrysburg (cross
Maumee/Perrysburg bridge). Follow SR 25 to Eckel Junction Rd. Turn Right and follow Eckel just past the
YMCA. Parking is behind Ft. Meigs Elementary.

Rolf Park:
Softball Fields - 2115 Cass St., Maumee:

Rossford:
Gleenwood - 28720 Lime City Rd., Perrysburg: Take SR 25 into Perrysburg (cross Maumee/Perrysburg
bridge). Vier to the left at the light and follow SR 20 (Front St. along the river). Follow SR 20/SR 65 (Front St.)
for 2 miles to E. Boundary St. Turn Right and follow E. Boundary St. to SR 795 (E. Indiana St. - First stop
sign). Turn Left (East) and follow SR 795 for 2.5 miles to Lime City Rd. (Just past the !-75 inerchange). Turn
Left (North) and the field is located behind the school on the Right. This is the Rossford High School field.

Springfield:
Homecoming Park - 7807 Angola Rd., Holland: Take Airport Hwy. to McCord Rd. Turn Right (North) and
follow McCord Rd. to Angola Rd. Turn Left (West) and follow Angola 1 1/2 miles to the park on the Left (just
pass the trailer park).

SHS Varsity Field - Albon Rd., Holland: Take Airport Hwy. West approx 2 miles to Albon Rd. Turn Right
(North) and follow approx 1 mile (just before Angola Rd.) to fields on the right.

Swanton:
Memorial Park - S. Main St., Swanton: Take Airport Hwy. (SR 2) West to S. Main St. (SR 64) in Swanton.
Turn right (North) and follow to Parkview Dr. (first street on left). Turn left and follow to fields on the left.

Sylvania Fusion:
Veterans Memorial Park - Garden St., Sylvania: Take US 23 North to Sylvania and Monroe St. Exit at
Monroe St. Turn Left (West) and follow Monroe St. to Main St. Turn right (North) and follow Main St. to Erie
St. Turn Left (West) and follow Erie St. 3 blocks to Garden St. Turn right (North) and follow Garden St. to
Veterans Memorial Park at the end of the street.

Pacesetter Park - 8801 Sylvania-Metamora Rd., Sylvania: Take US Route 23 North to Sylvania and
Monroe St. Exit at Monroe St. Turn Left (West) and follow Monroe St. 1 1/2 miles to the deadend at Erie St.
Turn Left (West) and follow Erie St. 2 miles to the park on the right (South). The park is located 1/2 mile West
of Centennial Rd.

Sylvania Sharks:
CYO Fields - 555 S. Holland-Sylvania Rd., Holland: Fields are located on the East side of Holland-Sylvania
Rd., just North of Angola Rd.

Toledo Blues:
St. Ursula Academy - 4025 Indian Rd., Toledo: SUA is located East of Talmadge Rd., South of Central Ave.
and North on Bancroft St.

Whitmer:
Erme Park - 5560 Harvest Ln., Toledo: Take US Route 23/I-475 North. Follow I-475 East to Secor Rd. Exit
at Secor Rd. and turn Left (North) onto Secor Rd. Follow Secor Rd. 1 1/2 miles to Laskey Rd. Turn Left (West)
onto Laskey Rd 1/2 mile to Harvest Ln. (first light). Turn Right (North) and follow Harvest Ln. 3/4 mile to the
Public Library on the Right. Turn Right into the Library parking lot. Turn Right into the gravel lot for the field
parking.
